One 1-Hour Classes CASH, $6 fee/classWed. 5:30-6:30 p.m.Come join Zumba in the Park. Meet at the Glasgow Park Frazer House and on nice days we can move outside under the trees in the grove area to enjoy the fresh air and nature. This fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. It is an interval workout, which means the movement is high and low intensity to get your heart rate up and boost your cardio endurance. You will learn merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, bachata, tango, cha cha, knop, hip hop, and a lot more. This in disguise workout will help you melt fats, strengthen your core, and improves flexibility. Age 16 and up.
