Want to give physical activity a try? Don’t want to do it alone? We have what you need! Glasgow will be hosting Walk+Roll community-based physical activity clubs. Sessions will consist of a warm-up, light stretching, a walking/rolling session and a cool down. Join us to walk and roll into better health!

Program is from 10-11 am at Glasgow Park - 2275 Pulaski Hwy. Newark 19702
FREE, but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
All sites are wheelchair and stroller accessible.
