Taught by Rachel Barton 4 Wednesdays, October 4 - October 25, 6:30-8:30pm Performing arts is a part of the arts community that allows one to explore their creative artistry through performance. If you have ever wanted to express yourself through performance, but didn't have the self-confidence to try, this workshop is perfect for you. Learn how to develop your acting skills through the methods and techniques of the craft in a relaxed and supportive environment. Develop a stage presence by learning through character development, scenes and monologues, improvisation, and fun theater games. Whether it’s acting for theater, public speaking, or just gaining the self-confidence to be able to do so, come join us in this workshop. Showcase your newly found acting skills in an informal party with your new friends in class at the end of the session.
