About this event
Taught by Michele Tilford, Ages 14+ A combination of an introduction to basic drawing techniques: perspective, shading, composition, gestures to longer drawings. Learning to work from life (still-life & figure) develops the "eye" . Learning to see helps in creating a vocabulary that can be used when drawing from life, reference materials or ones imagination. Students will also explore different drawing methods, styles and approaches. All levels can be accommodated, we keep the class small so I can focus on each individual's needs. Students bring: 9” x 12” sketchbook (75lb+), pencil, eraser and any drawing tools you’d like to try.
