About this event
Taught by Wendi Jacobs, Ages 18+ Make the perfect candy dish for all those Halloween treats! In this class, you’ll use sheet glass and various elements to create you make your own fused glass dish to enjoy all year round. You’ll have the choice of a few mold profiles to further customize your piece, up to 8”x8”. Contact instructor ahead of time with specific requests. Your creations will be kiln-fired and ready for pick up at the NAA about 2- 3 weeks after class. Some previous glass work is helpful, but not required. Class will include safety, instruction on glass cutting, and plenty of design tips and tricks... and maybe some treats too! Fees include instruction, glass, use of all tools and kiln firing as necessary... all you need to do is show up ready to create and have fun!
