About this event
The Dream Big Marathon is a nationwide program that addresses three important pillars of life – health and fitness, education, and giving back to family, friends, or the local community. The Dave McGillivray Finish Strong Foundation was born out of Dave's desire to encourage children to reach their full potential. Our mission at the Dave McGillivray Finish Strong Foundation is to inspire and empower youth to increase physical activity, expand literacy, and build community and self-esteem through running, reading, and performing acts of kindness. Throughout the course of the term, students will run a total of 26 miles, read 26 books, and complete 26 acts of kindness!
