08. FLAMBOYANT, ELEGANT, AUSTERE (Thursday, March 5)

Winespeak can many times be quite vague and even poetic, but at the same time hard to share. Wines can be described as flamboyant or plush, sometimes as elegant and showing great finesse, and sometimes as tannic and austere. To make things more complicated, what is obvious or even positive for one taster, may not be the same for another one. In this tasting we will try to understand the meaning of frequent wine descriptors and taste wines that show those traits in a clearer way.
