Feb 20 • Snug Harbor Cultural Center (Staten Island) Transportation • Chartered School Bus Our group will tour the Chinese Scholars Garden (weather permitting) followed by a hands-on workshop on the traditions of the Lunar New Year, exploring legends and crafts associated with this annual celebration. Campers will also learn some of the basic skills and techniques required to create 'beautiful writing,' the ancient Chinese art of calligraphy.
