Visit the YMCA 10 times during the month of July and you'll be entered for a chance to win a special prize. Whether you're hitting the fitness center, taking a group exercise class, swimming laps, or enjoying your favorite Y activities, every visit brings you one step closer to the goal.

Make this summer a season of strength, health, and consistency. Keep moving, stay committed, and don't let summer slacking slow you down!
