Each week we will have a snack, beverage, and an activity to give you the self-care you need. This hour and a half class will offer a getaway for four weeks to help jump start your Self-Care Journey. Topics to look forward to... Decorating a planter/pot and then planting something in it, creating your own scent, paint a masterpiece, and self-care jars.
