All age program. We’ve had people as seasoned as 93 do sword. Think big, act small. Weapons studies expand awareness. This summer we are doing our longer 26 posture sword form, however will not finish the form this session. To complete the form you’ll need to continue in the fall. Prior Tai Chi experience helpful but not required. Adventurous beginners are welcome.

Swords need to be Tai Chi swords for proper balance and shape; other swords will not work. A good alternative is a wood yard stick. Swords are available from the instructor - $35 for wood swords or $100 for metal. To order a sword please contact MAI through their website TC4ALL.com BEFORE the start of class.
For more information about MAI and Tai Chi go to www.TC4ALL.comInstructors: Andrew Baker and Chloe Pittinos, Movement Arts Institute. Andrew is a long term Tai Chi practitioner and advocate, an experienced and certified adult educator, a professional coach specializing in change management and a published writer. Chloe Pittinos- Instructor, Level II TC4HB/TC4 Forms Instructor.

Please use rear entrance at WSSC. Class may be held outdoors in nice weather as appropriate.
