Description

Class has been CANCELLED on Jan. 26. FV Twp will be using the facility as an emergency shelter during expected winter storm combined with extreme cold temps. Enrollees will receive a credit placed on their WSRec account that may be used towards any future activity enrollment. A Bench aerobic activity with movements ranging from simple to advanced. The class will start with a warm up, followed by choreographed routines on a step incorporating multiple levels of cardio, then finishing with conditioning and toning of your core, abdominals, and upper body. Please bring a mat, water and light/medium hand held weights. Instructors: Melanie Bryant and Renae Calhoun.
