Career development is a continuous process that supports growth and advancement across every stage of the nursing leadership journey. This e-learning module, Always Growing: Career Development Across the Nursing Leadership Journey, guides nurse leaders in identifying essential leadership competencies, setting meaningful career goals, and leveraging mentorship and professional networks. Learners will explore strategies for navigating career transitions and overcoming common challenges while building a personalized development plan grounded in lifelong learning. Designed for nurse leaders at all levels, this module supports intentional career growth and sustained professional advancement in nursing leadership. Vanderbilt University School of Nursing is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation. To earn continuing education credit, participants must complete both the Nurse Leader pre-assessment and post-assessment. Upon successful completion, learners will be awarded 0.75 ANCC contact hours.
