Join Mrs. Wilkinson to focus on your emotional wellness while having fun with your friends. Learn and practice coping skills, calming skills, communication skills, and more to develop confidence, resilience, and self-leadership as we engage in fun activities (arts, games, crafts, cooking, and exercise).
