Description
This instructor led cardio kickboxing specialty class will focus on helping participants learn the correct form and techniques in order to obtain the most from each class session. Benefits include weight loss, toning muscles, reducing fat, increased strength, meeting others, and having fun! Available and suited for both Men & Women alike.
