Description
This activity is closed to further registration.
Total body strength training with free weights (dumbbells). Functional moves to work the entire body in a short amount of time. For all fitness levels as modifications will be provided. This class will be held @ the Aquatic center for season due to large class sizes. Weights are provided but bring your own to insure you will have weights.
Monday's, Wednesday's, Friday's at 9:15amPersonal free weights are welcome but will be provided. Classes held temporarily at the Aquatic Center.
