Enjoy the benefits of a total body workout utilizing the low-impact properties of an aquatic environment. The emphasis will be on cardio-respiratory endurance, core & muscle strength, improving balance & posture, toning up, and burning fat. Classes can be held in shallow water or deep water. Most of the class is upright, standing position in shallow water. Flotation aids will be utilized in shallow water for those concerned about placing stress on joints, and in deep water for those who are not expert swimmers. Exercises are designed so that everyone can work to their ability and improve activities of daily living.
