Registration will close on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Join us for our 9th annual Pumpkin Smash event at Camp Greene Wood and unite with others in the effort to help divert compostable material from landfills. Bring your old pumpkins to compost...and SMASH! You can choose to use a hammer to SMASH your pumpkin or drop it from a ladder. If you don't want to smash your pumpkin, you can also drop it off, but please still register so we know you are coming! This is an open house style program, so feel free to come anytime between 2:00 - 5:00 pm. Note: This registration does NOT include the paid Fall Fest event. This is NOT a drop-off event. This program is designed for families, troops, or individuals with an adult chaperone. All adults must register. Please follow Girl Scout ratios from Safety Activity Checkpoints (https://girlscout.info/Safety). No food is provided as part of this event. A patch is not included for this event. This event will take place outside across uneven and occasional rugged terrain including gravel, dirt, and/or grass.
