Check-In at 8:45AM Van Departure at 9:00AM Van Pick Up at 12:15PM Van Service Registration & Refund Policy: By registering for NCS van service, you are committing to the full week.  If your child is registered for a 2-week class, be sure to sign up for the van service for each of the weeks separately.  Your seat is reserved exclusively for your child each day, and daily participation is expected. Payment is due at registration.    Refund policy is the same as for programs. This policy applies without exception — including in cases of illness, schedule changes, or program cancellations. Please confirm your child's availability for the full session before registering. For delays in weather, new bus times will be communitated through weather delay communications sent to parents. Departure times are firm, please plan accordingly.
