Get the multi-sport rush by completing a Run-Swim-Run format of various distances to choose from, or grab a partner to compete in the Relay challenge.
This year, the 2022 edition will also pilot the Super Dash RunSwim Challenge, featuring a short course challenge of doing 5 legs of the Run & Swim component.
Kids Run categories also feature a 1km Run category, or try out the Kids Dash&Splash challenge!
NEW! TriFactor Kids Run by Kiztopia allows family fun with a Parent-Child Run! Each child will be able to run with an adult - 1km & 2.5km runs available!
