Join us for heart pumpin' workouts that incinerate up to 800 calories per hour. You'll leave breathless, toned and ready for more. Fresh music and new moves keep you psyched to sweat. Instructors train every year to mast the Jazzercise method, which fuses cardio, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and the demanding forms of dance. You can expect to feel results after 3 classes of this total body workout. Our community of instructors and customers encourage, inspire and motivate each other to commit to our overall fitness and health. Participants will never miss a beat with step-by-step instruction and technique tips to ensure a safe and effective workout for all fitness levels.
