Body Wise Yoga is a 6-week yoga-based functional fitness program designed for active older adults — or anyone seeking slower, more intentional movement. Each class blends gentle motion, balance practice, functional strength, and mindful breathing to help you feel more stable on your feet, more mobile in your joints, and stronger from the inside out.
Through mindful movement, you'll learn to listen to your body and build the kind of self-awareness that helps you feel at home in your own skin and move through daily life with greater ease and confidence.Whether you're new to yoga or simply returning to movement, Body Wise Yoga meets you where you are. Chair support and modifications are always available.

All participant program cancellation requests must be made before the registration deadline listed. No refunds will be issued after this time. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be withheld from your refund per program, per participant. Refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days unless otherwise noted.
Full refunds (minus any processing fees) will only be provided if the Recreation Department cancels a program due to facility conflicts, low enrollment, etc.
Processing and/or convenience fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will NOT be issued for unattended classes or weather related cancellations.
