Description
This class offers instruction to lower intermediate volleyball players (Rec B) to learn team tactics and refine proper volleyball techniques such as passing, setting and hitting. This class is designed to make volleyball a fun and accessible sport for those with a competitive mindset hoping to compete in leagues and open gyms. Each class will build upon the previous ones in a natural progression and will typically consist of drills followed by time to practice in a game-time environment. Participants should have a baseline understanding of volleyball rotations. No class 11/11 and 11/25
Please bring athletic shoes and water bottle. No class 11/11
