Description
You have the choice of participating via Zoom or in-person. We will email out Zoom instructions to all participants prior to the first class.
This class is a workout class set to music using hand weights and resistance bands to sculpt, define, and tone your body. Fusion classes include strength, balance, cardio and flexibility! If you will be participating in-person, please bring a mat and water bottle to class.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. Cancellations made before the registration deadline listed are subject to $5.00 administrative charge. Refunds or credits will NOT be issued after the registration deadline. Please note that online convenience fees are non-refundable. Refunds can be placed as a credit on your account or refunded by your original form of payment.
