The Circle offers time for relaxation, well-being, and inner focus. Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that transfers energy through the palms and is practiced in medical settings as “Therapeutic Touch.” Reiki Senior Level Practitioner Audrey Lewis leads relaxation techniques and a guided meditation. A short Reiki session follows.
