Cardio-Drumming is a low-impact cardiovascular workout that combines drumming, rhythm, music, movement, and fun, offering various health benefits. Regular participation can improve overall health, increase strength and endurance, and enhance motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Participants need to bring a 65 cm exercise or yoga ball. Instructor is Bentley Cobb.
