Description
Level 2 Advanced - This level is for swimmers to get use to the water and learn life saving safety skills. Focusing unsupported Freestyle. Skills practiced: include entering and exiting the water safely, submerging under water, back float unsupported, front float unsupported, gliding, beginning to advanced steps to Freestyle (Front Crawl), swimming freestyle unsupported. Lessons will be 30 minutes in length. Lessons will be 1 instructor to 5 participants.
