Regardless of experience, yoga has been proven to build strength and improve flexibility and balance, as well as help manage stress.
Bring your own yoga mat to all classes (yoga blocks, blanket and strap are rec¬ommended). This mid-week break, taught by Kirsten Schrader, overlooks a scenic Village lake and will get you energized and centered.
Yoga will take will be held on the deck overlooking a scenic Village Lake weather permitting.
Bring your own yoga mat.
