6:30pm - 7:15pmThis class offers a low-impact, full-body workout that builds deep core strength and muscular control through precise, intentional movement. Integrating breath and alignment to improve strength and stability, enhance mobility, and help reduce the risk of injury.
Designed for all fitness levels! Modifications can be provided to meet you where you are or increase the challenge as needed.
You will need a yoga mat for this class.
