Shallow Water Aerobics
Mondays
July 15 to August 26
6:00 - 7:00 pm
Stedwick Pool Mondays
Burn fat while increasing your flexibility and range of motion. Improve muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. Includes aquatic exercise and interval aerobics.
For swimmers and non-swimmers (head is always above water).
Once a week for fitness fun!
No pool access? Purchase a Class Pass to attend this class! ($5)
You must have a valid MVF Activity card. If not you can purchase a Class Pass to attend this class.
