Aerobic Workout

Lake Marion CC *11/8 class will be held at North Creek CC*

This workout, taught by Instructor Karin Baker, starts with a warm-up medley of floor work and standing floor work (hand and ankle weights are optional), then adds a 30-minute, fat-burning aerobic workout, and ends with a cool-down routine. You can work at your own pace for your desired intensity.

Bring an exercise towel or mat for floor work.
