Aerobic Dancing

This dynamic dance workout will include stretching and flexibility moves, floor work, standing weight work (hand and ankle weights are optional), aerobic conditioning and cool-down, as Calibri Instructor Karin Baker leads you through a choreographed workout that is easy to learn and follow.

*This class is once a week on Wednesdays

*If you register after the start date, class fee will be automatically prorated.

Bring an exercise mat or towel for floor work.
