Aerobics Strength & Flexibility Thursdays 6-7 pm North Creek CC
Build strength, increase flexibility and learn stretching techniques all in one class. Look good and feel good in this no-impact program. Bring a mat and weights (limited supply available). This program works the whole body without impact on the joints.
Thursday 1 time a week class
*March 16 class will be held at Stedwick CC.
*If you register after the start date, class fee will be automatically prorated.
Jacki Sorensen classes have been safely taught for over 40 years, while it continues to stay current today!

COVID-19 safety measure and guidelines must be followed by all participants and will be enforced by MVF staff. All participants must wear facial coverings over the nose and mouth unless otherwise specified and maintain 6-foot distance from one another.
