Aerobic Strength and Flexibility
Tues & Thurs April 4 - May 25 6:00 - 7:00pm Lake Marion Community Center
Build strength, increase flexibility and learn stretching techniques all in one class. Look good and feel good in this no-impact program.
Bring a mat and weights (limited supply available). This program works the whole body without impact on the joints.
*If you register after the start date, class fee will be automatically prorated.
Jacki Sorensen classes have been safely taught for over 40 years, while it continues to stay current today!
