Aerobic Workout
Saturdays
June 6 to July 18 *No class July 4
8:30am - 9:30am
North Creek CC *June 6, June 20 & July 18 class held at Lake Marion CC

This workout starts with a warm-up medley of floor work and standing floor work (hand and ankle weights are optional), then adds a 30-minute, fat-burning aerobic workout.

You can work at your own pace for your desired intensity.
