This pop up class is a fun way to try yoga in the water! Aqua yoga is a form of yoga practiced in a pool, utilizing the buoyancy of the water to support the body and make poses easier, while also improving balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. You do not need to be a swimmer for this pop up class. (SM)
