Instructor recommendation is required for enrollment in this course. Boys and girls continue to develop their tumbling abilities. Advanced level tumbling skills are instructed in a progressive manner utilizing a variety of drills, techniques, and equipment including our trampoline, Tumbl-Trak, spring floor and tumbling strips. Strengthening, conditioning, and flexibility activities are also included.Participants should register for consecutive sessions of their current level until evaluations are distributed in May, August and December. If you are unsure of your child’s level or it has been more than one session since your child participated, please call Brieanne at 630.554.4456 to set up an evaluation. (JM)
