This special Pop Up class is geared toward Mother-Daughter combos but all are welcome! Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing fun of playing the drums! Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels and suitable for age 8+. Each person attending must register. Please bring a mat and water to class. Class includes a special giveaway! (SM)
