It's Friday and who is ready for some fun?! This class will keep you and your body guessing. Each week will be different, combining strength, manageable cardio and core work. Get your workout in early for the weekend! All levels welcome, modifications given as needed. Class will be held outside weather permitted. Please bring a mat to class. (SM)
