Fit for Life is geared toward active Seniors looking to keep moving or those who are looking to start moving! This class combines low impact aerobics and toning exercises to increase flexibility and range of motion. Routines are easy to follow, with modifications given as needed making class perfect for individuals looking to start out slowly. Please bring a thick exercise mat to class. (SM)
