Looking for a low-impact way to break a sweat? Cycle 101 is a multi-level cycling (spin) class for participants from beginner to advanced looking for a low-impact, high-energy cardiovascular workout. This class is a non-weight bearing workout, making it suitable for a variety of fitness levels. Participants will be guided through a structured workout that includes various levels of speed and resistance. (SM)
