About this event
Description
This class combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. You will focus on high intensity, low impact movements designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility and posture. No ballet experience necessary. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a mat to class. (SM)
