TOUR OF FARMINGTON 11TH ANNIVERSARY!!!
As of this posting the Farmington Community Association is planning on hosting the 11th Annual Tour of Farmington on October 3, 2020. Based on initial reopening phases by the
State of NC and how they directly relate to “outdoor events,” the TOF should be able to proceed as scheduled with some modifications related to social distancing and sanitation
To encourage a touchless registration, we are asking everyone to register online via Active.com. Pre-registration through October 2, 2020 will be $30 per entry and
registration the day of the Event will be $40.
If additional details or situations occur that dictate cancellation of the Event, the option to receive a refund or transfer the registration fee to the 2021 Event will be offered
to those already registered and paid. Thank you for your support of TOF!!
Simply one of the best charity rides in North Carolina! You don't want to miss this event! You get a heck of a lot for your money on this ride. A T-shirt, breakfast before the ride, lunch after the ride, fabulous SAG support, police at critical intersections, & many different ride distances to choose from. This ride benefits the Farmington Nature Park which includes mountain bike trails and much more to come!
Your participation in the Tour of Farmington event is helping to build a new home-grown cycling facility in Davie County. Previous year's proceeds went towards development of a Park Master Plan for the 60 acre Park at Farmington and this year's proceeds will go towards adding to the 4 miles of mountain bike trails already in place, creating the only pump track within 50 miles of our area, and establishing our parking area and entrance.
