Campers will engage in activities designed to strengthen self-belief, decision-making, and personal responsibility while learning what it means to lead with purpose. Throughout the week, campers will hear from entrepreneurs and individuals in leadership roles who will share age-appropriate insights, experiences, and motivation. These guest speakers help campers understand how confidence, preparation, and consistency play a role in both personal growth and professional success. This week is designed to help campers develop a strong foundation - learning how to show up prepared, communicate effectively, and take ownership of their goals as they grow.
