Join us in practicing Tai Chi Chuam 22 movements. This class will teach beginning form body movements to help condition the mind and body to work as one unit. Help reduce stress, keep in control of yourself, get in shape and be graceful. No equipment required. Please wear loose fitting clothes and shoes, and dress for the weather, as this class may take place outside if conditions allow.
