01. Monday's A) ADULT QUICK START beginner level- 1.0- 2.0 /Orange/Green Ball Beginner & intermediate levels - Quick Start I Pure Beginner - Quick Start II Pure Beginner - Quick Start III Advanced Beginner - Quick Start IV - Advanced Beginner “It fits better so Adults hit better!” Practices are either held on 60-foot or 78 foot USTA regulation customized and designed QuickStart courts and QuickStart Balls. Adults will learn to succeed on, with an Orange & Green felt lower compression tennis ball & the lightest, widest, largest sweet spot/ hitting surface & most power friendly beginner series adult 27 inch racquets available, Players in this format are being introduced to the proper grip, preparation and swing path for each stroke B) ADULT DEVELOPMENT - Low Intermediate level- 2.0- 3.5 Green Ball & Yellow Bal Development I Low Intermediate Development II Low Intermediate Development III High Intermediate Development IV- High Intermediate Most players will start w/a green-dot ball and a light and power 27-inch racquet. Adults are developing more advanced stroke technique, greater court coverage and improved recognition skills. Development Adults work towards greater racquet-head speed to control the ball with improved pace, spin, height and depth. Tactically, green-dot players are developing high percentage patterns with the forehand as a weapon from the baseline and improving net transition skills on a larger court and are further progressing in their ability to serve successfully with greater spin, power and control. C) ADULT HIGH PERFORMANCE Adult High Performance I: Low Advanced 3.5-3.75 Adult High Performance II: Low Advanced 3.75-4.0 Adult High Performance III: Low Advanced 4.0-4.25 -------------------------------------------------------------- Adult High Performance IV: High Advanced 4.25-4.50 Adult High Performance V: High Advanced 4.5-4.75 Adult High Performance VI: High Advanced 4.75-5.0
