We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, May 6, 2023.
Western Horse Riding Lesson is a one-day class designed to assist riders learn basic riding commands, horse safety, mounting, dismounting, steering, stopping, balance, posting trot, and sitting trot. These one-hour lessons are perfect for beginner riders. Each student will progress at their own pace. Teenagers and adults can also register for Western Horse Riding Lesson.
Please Note:
- Class held at 3077 Calaveras Road, Milpitas.
- For the safety of your child, we request that parents stay on-site and nearby the check in area/parking lot during class.
- Participants should wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Wearing layers is recommended.
- Participants should bring bottled water.
- Helmets will be provided, but campers can bring their own equestrian-rated helmets. No bicycle helmets permitted.
