Very Creative, Very Mindful, Very ExpressiveJoin us for a supportive and nurturing environment where creativity meets healing. Led by a licensed therapist, Very Creative, Very Mindful, Very Expressive invites individuals to explore their emotions, practice vulnerability, and connect with others through the transformative power of art. No prior artistic experience is necessary, just an open mind and a willingness to express yourself! Each session will start with a guided meditation followed by structured art activities designed to inspire self-expression and reflection. We will close each session by sharing our art along with our experiences with the creative process. This group is intended to provide a safe space where art can be used as a tool for self-discovery, emotional release, stress reduction, and personal development. Whether you’re looking to process emotions, enhance your self-awareness, or simply explore your creativity, this group offers a unique opportunity to connect with yourself and others. Come discover the healing potential of art in a warm, encouraging atmosphere!
Please pay instructor a $15 supply fee on the first day of the session.
