About this event
Description
This class combines all the elements of a great workout. Includes strength and tone exercises, shallow water cardio workout, calisthenics, a variety of traveling movements, and relaxing stretching. We will workout for 55 minutes and then you can choose to join us for another 20 minutes of stretching in the Y’s Warm Water Jet Pool.
This is a full body workout that can be modified to fit all levels.
*Water shoes are recommended for this workout series.*
