Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
Girls on the Run is an after school program that inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Find out more at www.gotrdetroit.org
Please bring athletic shoes and a water bottle.
The culminating 5K is scheduled for Sunday, November 16th at Belle Isle State Park.

Attendance Policy: Please be aware that the expectation is that the participant(s) will be able to attend all sessions. However, we do know understand that sometimes it is not possible. The attendance policy is that no more than four (4) practices can be missed during the season.
WAITLIST PARTICIPANTS ONLY: Please note waitlisted participants are not charged until a spot becomes available on the team. So, please ensure that you have a valid credit on file. This will ensure that your child can be moved quickly to the team. You will receive an email notification that your child has been moved and your credit card has been charged.
If you are using a payment plan, please note that payments will be deducted on predetermined dates and if payment is rejected you will be notified and will need to make another form of payment.
